We are only a few days away and we are so excited to see everyone again!
In order to help you plan & prepare I have created a breakdown of our “planned events” (please note…. Times may vary some-but this is the plan, meals and other helpful notes)
Schedule:
Friday: Reconnect
4-10 pm
-5pm: Taco (beef & chicken) Dinner
-🏊♀️ Swimming
-⚽️ Sign Up for Sports Team for Sat.
-🌳 Family Tree Activity
-🎲 Board Games
Saturday- Make Memories
-🍳 10-12 pm Breakfast
-👨👩👧👦 12:30 pm Family Meeting
-📸 1 pm Family Pictures
-🏐 1:30 pm Games Begin (Soccer, Volleyball, Kickball, Corn hole) addition kid activities provided
- 🥪 2-4 pm Lunch Available
-🍗 5:30 pm BBQ Dinner
-🎧 5:30-9:30 pm DJ
-🏆 8pm Award Ceremony (youngest, oldest, furthest, team sports)
-🎤 9:45 pm Karaoke
Sunday- Food & Farewells
-🌮10-1pm Brunch (Menudo, Barbacoa, and traditional egg & meat options)
-🎼12pm Father's Day Mariachis *A group is planning a tubing trip on Guadalupe River if anyone is interested in joining after brunch…
Notes:
The weather has gotten hotter this week
-🏠 We have 4 air conditions spaces for you to hang out
-🩳 Dress to be Comfortable and Cool
- ⛩️ 3 Covered Pavilions
-🏊♀️ A Large Pool (Bring 👙Swim Suit & Towels even if you don’t think your going to swim- you might change your mind)
-🪑 We have had a huge response of people coming so if you have portable lawn chairs please bring them
-🚗 Parking will be along the driveway and behind houses
*If you have limited mobility please house to let your guests off before parking
-📷 We have a high speed photo scanner so if you have old photos we would love to digitize them and put them in the slide show
